   3 numbers closed-die friction drop hammers of 1MT, 1.5MT & 2.5MT capacities respectively with the capacity to produce single piece forgings upto 100kgs in weight
   Multiple trimming & hydraulic presses upto 650MT capacity
   High Quality German-made Billet shearing & Band Saw machines for raw material cutting

Heat Treatment Facilities

Electric, Oil & Gas fired furnaces equipped with temperature controllers & recorders along with water/oil quenching tanks allow us to perform an exhaustive range of heat treatment processes such as

MACHINING FACILITIES

   A range of CNC machining centers, lathes & drilling machines allow us to produce fully machined forgings with a high degree of dimensional accuracy
All forging dies are made on fully computerized vertical machining centers (VMC) which allows smooth grain flow of material
Fettling shop with heavy duty grinding & shot blasting facilities
